Lapasyans Self-Catering is certified and has met Public Health Authority requirements

Lapasyans Self-Catering is committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for its valued guests and staff. We have taken a number of measures related to the outbreak of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) by following guidelines from the local Public Health Authority and the Department of Tourism.

We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking additional steps to ensure the safety our guests including:

·       Communication: staying up to date with the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning from the Public Health Authority and the Department of Tourism and on which we will actively inform our staff and guests as needed during their stay.

·       Hand hygiene: Proper and frequent hand washing is vital to help combat the spread of viruses. In our daily meetings, our team is reminded that cleanliness starts with this simple act. Our team has also been trained in the required hygiene practices and are committed to its implementation.

·       Cleaning products & practices: We are using cleaning products which are effective against viruses, and have disinfection procedures to clean rooms before guest arrivals and departures, paying particular attention to high-frequency touch surfaces and items (e.g. door handles, outdoor hand wash basin, room keys, and culinary utensils). We have also developed a deep-cleaning procedure in the event of a suspected/detected COVID-19 case, and our staff have been trained in its implementation.

·       Emergency response plan: Providing face masks and implementing isolation procedures in case of a suspected COVID-19 case and concerning which we would appreciate your full cooperation, should it occur.
